Negative and Positive Ions
1.What is a negative ion? A negative ion is a molecule with a negative charge assigned to it. Negative ions occur commonly throughout nature and can create an overall sense of well-being. Negative ions are found after a rainstorm (falling water creates negative ions) or after a lightning strike.
2.What is a positive ions? Positive ions are positively charged molecules (positively charged carbon dioxide) and are believed to have negative health effects on human health. Positive ions are found in high concentrations before a storm when it is windy and in areas that have high outdoor air pollution. Sitting in traffic on a busy highway or freeway is a great place to get a dose of positive ions. They can leave us fatigued, irritable or even depressed.
Far Infrared Ray
1.What is Far-Infrared ray? A ray of sunlight consists of the seven colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. These are the rays visible to our eye and the sunlight also consists of the infrared ray,ultra-violet ray,x-ray and microware which are not visible to our eye. While researching the heart effects of the seven different colors, the German astronomer William Harschel found that temperature in the colors increase as you go from violet to red. However the increase in temperature didn't stop even after red,a space where no visible color was present. He named this ray,not visible to the human eye but prossessing very strong heart effects, the Infrared Ray. Far Infrared Ray is a form of electromagnetic light energy from the sun.Its falls within the same family of the Infrared Ray in the light spectrum but due to its onger wavelengths.FIR cannot be seen by human eyes, just like the ultraviolet rays and X-rays. This radiant enegy is absolutely essential for human beings and all living things in the world.
2.Why is FIR so unique? FIR has the ability to penetrate, refract, radiate and reflect. The human body can absorb FIR because of its deep penetrating ability. When FIR penetrates through skin to the subcutaneous tissues,it transforms from light energy into heat energy. The thermal effect within the deep layers of the tissues causes blood vessels and capillaries to dilate, promoting a better blood circulation and the heat so produced helps to get rid of body toxins and metabolic wastes through sweating. Toxic substances are secreted by sweating through the dermis-layer fat glands.
3.What is the effect of FIR? FIR cause resonance with water molecules. Its ionizes and activates water molecules in our cells and blood thus improving our blood circulation and health condition. The human body consists more than 70% water by weight.
4.What is the effect of FIR on our human body? ~Activate water molecules in our body. ~Improves oxygen level in our body. ~Elimination of waste from the body, reducing the acidic level in our body and improving the nervous system. ~Warming and eliminating fats, chemicals and toxins from our blood and thus smoothening the flow of blood.
In the various organs of human body, the circulatory system plays an important role, especially in micro-circulatory system. When there are problems with micro-circulatory system, various ailments will occur. FIR vibrating at a frequency similar to that of human body is able to penetrate the body activates cells and reactivates as well as strengthens the micro-circulatory systems. It regulates the blood flows and blood in blood vessels which have been blocked due to blood clots and at the same time reactivate the vital energy in the body. Elevation of the immunity of our bodies against diseases is another benefit of FIR waves. This is part of the effects of the improvement in micro-circulatory system and metabolism of the body.It helps to slow down the aging process, increase resistance against diseases and increases longevity.
